CBD PROTOCOL FOR RECOVERY
For those of you guys who are having procedures and you are using CBD as a alternative to narcotics here is my suggested use for products.
I highly suggest every surgery recovery should include the 96 hour Pain Patch. For tummy tuck girls I would place it in your lower back area to ease the hunch over situation, and for bbl girls really it can go any where, suggested to put on your upper arm close to your shoulder. The pain patch goes on immediately after surgery and stays on 4 days. Do NOT take it off for any reason. This is just a extra power punch to all the rest of the products.
GUMMYS suggested 1500mg jar.
Start taking gummys 2-3 days before your surgery … you want it in your system on surgery day. Suggested dosage.. 3-4 gummys at night before bedtime.
The night before surgery take 5-6 gummys
Surgery Day: As soon as you get out of surgery take 5 gummys and some tylenol muscle sore. Do the tylenol every 4 hours and you want to consume at minimum 15 gummys that day. So spread them out … take a few every few hours.
Day 2 – 7 continue tylenol and take 2-3 gummys at a time as needed for pain. Normally this will be every 6 hours or so. They will relax you and help you sleep so if you want to take more at night thats fine.
PAIN CREME 500-1500MG
use creme where ever you are sore, swollen or or have pain. A very thin film is enough – you want to do this at the beginning of the massages but do not use it all thru the massage its only needed right at the beginning. You can use the creme 2-3 times a day. Stay away from incisions. Usually best to use in the morn, after a shower and right before bed. This creme will save your life! Make sure to have keep it in your bag when you start returning to normal work and such if you feel achy, itchy, burning, inflamed or pain it will kill that on contact. The jar should last you a few weeks.
Tummy tuck girls make sure to use the creme on your lower back. IT will help to loosen you up from hunching over.
Continue using cbd for 3-4 months on a daily basis even if its just a few gummys a day or just the creme for your skin to keep the swelling and aches to a minimum.
